Parklands High School to become a Sponsored Academy

Parklands High School has operated as Community School within the Speke/Garston Ward for over ten years. The Governors are currently in discussions with the Local Authority and the DfE about changing the status of the school from a Community School to an Academy.

If the proposal goes ahead Parklands would no longer be under the control of the Local Authority and would be sponsored by the Bright Tribe Academy Trust. More
